Groups:
You can visit Oyax web site any time you like and visit groups simply by clicking on their image or name. Once you enter a group you can click on any link you found interesting and go to the webpage. You also find the sender's name next to the link's title, and by clicking on the name, you will automatically taken to the person's profile.

How to form a group:

• You must be a member to create new groups.
• Search Oyax group directory to make sure that the group you like to add is not exist yet.
• Go to the "Select category" section and choose a proper category.
• Click on the category name, a new page opens.
• In category section you will see category's name, the number of members and a little "add icon" like this: This icon is always used for adding groups and links.
• By clicking the "add icon", you will see a new page, in that page; fill the empty eras as directed below (Note that the options written in bold font are required.)
• Write a proper name in Title bar.
• Select the name of category you choose in the next bar.
• If you like to have a free to join group, choose "Public" option otherwise choose "Moderated".
• If you like to have control on the posted links, choose "Non Anonymous" and if not, choose "Anonymous".
• Select your country.
• Add a little description to say what your group is about.
• Click "SUBMIT" button and your group will be added to the list.

Editing your group specifications :

You could not delete your group completely, but you can change and edit one/all specifications of your own group by clicking on the Edit Group . In edit group section, you can change/edit

• Title
• Logo or picture
• Join type
• Post type
• Country

After your editing, you must click on the "SUBMIT" button .

Joining other groups:

If you're interested in joining a group, simply browse to that group and click the "join" button at the top of right side menu. If the group is public, you'll automatically be added to it. If the group is moderated, the group moderator will need to approve your request before you are actually added to the group.

If you'd like to search for groups on oyax.com, click on the "groups" at the top of the page to search by name or browse by category .

Managing links:

If you chose non-anonymous posting type, you must check it every day to manage new posted links. You can do one of these: accept the link, edit it or reject it. In non-anonymous posting type, new links will appear in the list only by the owner's permission.

Even If your group is an anonymous posting type, you can edit or delete posted links as well.

Managing members:

If you have a public group, sometimes there will be a member in your group that you really don't want to be there. You can click on Manage member and in the member's list, remove the unwanted member.

How to post a link/links:

For posting a link you have to click on the "add icon" at

1) The upper right side of all pages.

2) The left side of "posted links" table in the home page.

In these 2 first options, you have to choose the right group to post your link after you clicking the "add icon". Once you go to the group page click on the "add icon" again.

3) The left side of "posted links" table in the group page.

In this case you have already chosen the group and have fewer problems for posting a link.

After selecting group you have to:

• Fill the empty eras in a new page that opens after clicking the "add icon", as directed below:
• First of all, mark the language of the link by choosing left to right (for Roman alphabet) or right to left (for Persian or Arabic) in "Post a link" table.
• Write an eye caching name or title for your link in the Title bar.
• Write the link address in URL bar.
• Add a little description to say what the link is about (Optional)

If you like to send more than one link, click on the "SUBMIT AND POST ANOTHER" bottom, if not, just click the "SUBMIT" button .

Remember, sometimes the group owner has to accept your posted links, so be patient and DO NOT post a link several times.

If your group is a "Non Anonymous" one, you have to accept your own postings too.

How to save your favorite links and keep them handy

Every Oyax member has a private folder in which he/she can save the links that are most appealing to him/her.

To do so,

• you have to login,
• find your favorite link in the main page (home)
• And simply click on this icon: next to the link.

Your chosen link will be saved automatically in your "Favorites" folder.

You can check this folder simply by clicking on "My Favorites" at the top of every page you are in.

If you want to send your posted links to your own website/s, in the managing menu at the right, click on get output. In "get output" section you can

• Define the tag you're sending by choosing the right container
• Choose the number of links you're sending in Block Counter section, up to 25 links.
• Enter the date of posting, You can choose Iranian (Hejri Shamsi) or Georgian date.
• Choose the number of characters you want to be displayed in your web site in Title max characters. E.g. By choosing 11 characters of the original "New pictures from Africa " , the title will be shown like this: "New pictures"
• If your link has a description, on Have Description section, click yes.
• Here, at "Open links in"section, you can choose the way your link opens, in the main page or in another window.

After you click on the submit tab, a new window opens, you will find a JavaScript output there. To end this task, you have to copy-paste it into your website's source code.

Feeds:

You can Export your link by various feeds, XML, RSS and rebuild RSS. You can choose the right feed at the end of group managing menu at the right side of group page.
